A daily check and maintenance
1. Wire feeding mechanism. In the moment is normal, including wire feed wire catheter is damaged, the presence of abnormal alarm.
2. The gas flow is normal.
3. The welding torch protection system is normal. (prohibited closed welding torch protection)
4. Water cycle system is normal.
5. Test the TCP (suggest a test program, run after each shift handover)
2. Weeks inspection and maintenance
1. Wash each axis robot.
2. Check the accuracy of TCP.
3. Check the residual oil.
4. Check the robot axis zero accurately.
5. Clean up the tanks at the back of the screen pack machine.
6. Clean compressed air inlet filter.
7. Clean up the welding torch nozzle impurities, so as not to block the water cycle.
8. Clean wire feeding mechanism, including wire feed wheel, wheel pressure, thread tube.
9. Check the hose bundles and thread tube with or without damage and fracture. (suggest remove the hose bundles use compressed air to clean up)
Check whether the welding torch protection system normally, and external abrupt stop button is normal.
3. Monthly inspection and maintenance
1. Each axis lubrication robot. 1-6 axis white lubricating oil. Number 86 e006 oil.
2. The RP displacement machine and RTS red nozzle with butter on the tracks. Oil no. : 86 k007
3. The RP deflection on blue zerk with grey conductive grease. Oil no. : 86 k004
4. The wire feed wheel needle roller bearing and lubricating oil. (a small amount of butter)
5. Clean up the gun device, pneumatic motor lubricating oil filling. Oil (normal)
6. Use compressed air to clean up control cabinet and welding machine.
7. Check the welding machine cooling water tank water level, timely supply coolant (water add a few industrial alcohol)
8. 1-8 items of work, weekly inspection of all items.
